Arrive, and do nothing at all

This house is our home by Lake Balaton. A semicircular terrace runs along the front, under a curved pergola. In summer we often have dinner out here, with a view all the way to Badacsony and the volcanic buttes.

In the evenings we switch on the lights under the pergola, sit outside and make no plans. There is no need to. For us, that may be one of the best things about this house.

The 110 m² house is set up for four adults and two children. We are happy to hand it over for a few days to people who are also looking for peace, the view and the closeness of the Balaton Uplands.

What the house offers

110 m²4 adults, 2 children3 bedrooms2 bathrooms

The 110 m² house stands on the slope of Fülöp-hegy, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, furnished for four adults and two children. An open terrace curves around the front under the pergola, with Lake Balaton, Badacsony and the volcanic buttes ahead. In summer most of the day is spent on the terrace, in winter by the fireplace: the house can be used all year, with underfloor heating in the bathrooms, radiators in the bedrooms and air conditioning on both floors.

The kitchen is equipped for real cooking, not just making coffee, and the living room has the little things that make even a rainy afternoon nice: books, board games and blankets.

Three bedroomsTwo bedrooms have a double bed, the third has a bunk bed. Because of the bunk bed, the house is comfortable for four adults and two children; it does not suit five or six adults.

We are glad when you have enjoyed your stay. If you would like to share your experience once you are home, you can do so here.

A tastefully furnished, lovely little house with a beautiful view of Lake Balaton.

Beautifully equipped, it really had everything you could need, and extras too: dishwasher, washing machine, coffee, spices, board games, books, towels, blankets. Suitable for demanding guests as well. Beautiful view, quiet, peace.

An excellent place to unwind.

Better equipped than average. Quiet area, a bit further from the centre, but the excellent view makes up for it. Helpful host.
